20 OR MORE YEARS    - 24 MONTHS FROM THE END OF THE MONTH IN WHICH YOU WORK

SUPPLEMENTAL UNEMPLOYMENT DURATION

YEARS OF SERVICE
LESS THAN 3 YEARS    - NONE
3 BUT LESS THAN 10   - 52 WEEKS
10 BUT LESS THAN 20 - 104 WEEKS
20 OR MORE YEARS    - 104 WEEKS

MISCELLANEOUS NOTES

If you are laid off for more than 90 consecutive days, you will be subject to a drug and alcohol test upon returning to work. Article 3 section G paragraph 2 pg.53 in the labor agreement.

There is no longer any bumping back to former jobs, this issue was arbitrated and lost following our last lay off.
